Dodger and Bonzo were siblings who were part of a large foster family, the former a ducker and diver played by future Press Ganger Lee Ross, who having starred in the fabled Colgate Blue Minty Gel commercial based on Baggy Trousers was a natural to join the junior chorus version of Our House that was used for a theme. After two series it came to an end with A Very Special Episode of an hour's length which Bonzo isn't even in, which makes even more of a mockery of that already seemingly half-arsed title. Dodger has a temp job as a department store Santa assistant with Tony Slattery, fresh from TX, as his supervisor while third highest profile character Elaine, played by Behind The Bike Sheds and Nationwide Jubilee Special alumni Jenny Jay, had to rescue a friend trapped in an abusive relationship with a weirdly uncredited even though he has lines and an obvious presence Phil Daniels.
