Fondly remembered but never repeated after 1987, especially as concept Christmas specials are something you don't see as much these days and this is a fine example of that brief genre. Nigel Harman's TV debut too.
I love this so much. I'm regularly in floods of giggling tears by the Wreath scene. I was always a huge fan of their homemade video sketches so a full half-hour was a treat. I was delighted to find it as an extra on the Best of Smith and Jones DVD.
